Home News and Events The Team Contact Us Guestbook Home Black Oak Wind Farm LLC is a newly formed company  which is developing a ~20 MW wind farm in western Tompkins County NY. We are dedicated to community involvement at every level. We have purchased the development rights from Enfield Energy for the same project they began development on in 2006.
